To treat and flush an area up to 2 ft x 2 ft area is $25.
So if there is 2 areas that are under 2 ft x 2 ft the charge would be $50 to your bill.
Sometimes you just want the basic package, but the dining room you want the carpet protector. Not to fret, we have you covered. We only ask if you can let us know when you book the appointment.

Stair cases are considered and area.
Hallways are considered an area.
Small closets up to 3 ft x 3 ft are not charged. Large walk in wardrobe closets will be charged as an area to be cleaned.
Area rugs and runners can usually be cleaned on site, but is up to technician discretion because of liability factors and rug construction. Large area rugs are charged as an area. Multiple runners and walk off mats can be combined into one room and charged as one area.
We have a minimum charge of $130 for all services. Example: if there is one area needing cleaned. It will be a bill of $130, due at the end of services rendered.
This is due to drive times to jobs, overhead, labor, products, maintenance, fuel, and general wear and tear.
